RULES:
– Only tattoos made at the convention are allowed to compete in the contest, there is an exception for the category BEST OF HEALED.
– Healed tattoos that are finished at the convention will be judged only on the freshly tattooed parts and not as one whole tattoo on all categories and only on the healed part if in BEST OF HEALED category.
– Judges have the right to disqualify every copied design of already existing tattoos.
